<p>Il nome: Eustachio, tipico di Matera, fino a poco tempo fa ancora molto comune in città in onore del suo santo patrono.</p>
<p>Il vino: prodotto da uve “primitivo” della collina materana, colore rosso rubino, profumo intenso con sentori di frutta matura, corposo, caldo, finale rotondo. Sensazioni gusto olfattive tipiche del vino materano, simbolo di tradizione, di identità e della cultura del territorio, come il nome Eustachio.</p>
<p>Il cibo: piatti strutturati, carni rosse, formaggi stagionati.</p>
<p>Temperatura di servizio 18 &#8211; 20 gradi</p>
