<p>Features: has a red-purple color, with purple reflections.</p>
<p>The scent of ripe red berry fruit, hints of cocoa and tobacco, the palate is velvety, with great structure and body &#8216;of the variety&#8217;.</p>
<p>Vinification: the grapes collected in boxes at full ripeness stalks are removed, cooled and transferred to soak the French type.</p>
<p>Here is a slow maceration with selected yeasts at 18/20 C °.</p>
<p>Here is an aging in oak barrels for 12 months and in bottle for another three.</p>
