accademiasyrahMicciche, located in Sicily, set among the green hills of the Jato Valley, in the resort of San Cipirello, south of Palermo, it is perfectly placed in an area rich in history, where nature still unspoiled, offers unique grape.

Features: has a red-purple color, with purple reflections.

The scent of ripe red berry fruit, hints of cocoa and tobacco, the palate is velvety, with great structure and body ‘of the variety’.

Vinification: the grapes collected in boxes at full ripeness stalks are removed, cooled and transferred to soak the French type.

Here is a slow maceration with selected yeasts at 18/20 C °.

Here is an aging in oak barrels for 12 months and in bottle for another three.
